Kim Kardashian baby on way: Star's surrogate soon to give birth

KIM Kardashian is soon set to be a mum again.

's big sister is said to be on "high alert" as her surrogate is set to give birth "any day now".

The baby will be reality TV star Kim, 37, and hubby Kanye West's third child together.

They are already parents to daughter North, four, and Saint, two, which Kim carried naturally.

However, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star decided to use a surrogate this time after suffering from difficult pregnancies.

The identity of the surrogate has been kept secret, however a source said she's ready to drop soon.

The insider said: "Kim's surrogate is due to give birth any day now, and so Kim and Kanye are ready to rush to the hospital.

"They're hardly sleeping because they're on high alert - at any moment they might have to drop everything and rush to the hospital."

    GROWING BROOD: The child will be Kim and Kanye's third

    They continued telling The Sun: "They're both excited, but it's a tense time. They can't wait to meet their new baby."

    The news comes a few weeks after Kim revealed she suffered a failed pregnancy attempt before opting for a surrogate.

    She revealed she tried to carry her third child herself but "lost it" after the embryo was implanted.
