GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -
The UFC Gym in Greenville is officers a free women’s self-defense training seminar on Saturday.
Officials said two of the gym’s head instructors, Cody Freeland and Stephen Decasas, will demonstrate self-defense techniques and live demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The gym is located at 2435 East North Street.
