The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking public assistance identifying the suspects in an armed robbery at the Circle K convenience store, 11399 U.S. 15-501 N., Chapel Hill, last December. In the early morning hours of Dec. 23, 2017, four individuals entered the store and displayed firearms while demanding money. The suspects, described as three white males and one male of unknown race, left with an undisclosed amount of cash. The sheriff’s office has confirmed that two other Circle K stores in surrounding counties were also robbed by the same suspects shortly afterwards.
