LOVING LIFE: These boozy Brits thought 'hippy crack' was 'great fun'

Revellers are forking out £2.50 for nitrous oxide which is pumped out by staff from huge canisters behind the bar.

The gas was a legal high in the UK until it was banned in 2016.

Some summer resorts such as Magaluf in Mallorca have clamped down on partying Brits freely using the drug.

In 2016, the high was linked to eight deaths in England and Wales.

BALLOON BONANZA: Girls trying the 'hippy crack'

“It’s brilliant. It leaves you with such a buzz”

But revellers in Borovets bars are buying more of it than beer.

The Daily Star witnessed two stag parties inhaling from bright orange balloons.

One partygoer said: “It’s brilliant. It leaves you with such a buzz.

“You inhale it and it only lasts for about 30 seconds – but it is great.”

WILD: These lads are letting loose after a long day's skiing

Our probe has found the tiny mountain town has become a magnet for randy revellers, who are attracted by cheap booze and sex.

It has been compared to the party town of Magaluf which has become famous for its hard-drinking and rowdy Brit tourists.

Borovets is full of strip clubs, and we revealed yesterday how other drugs and hookers are openly offered to party-goers.

Outraged bar workers looked on as groups of men stripped to their waists and danced around the small bar.

CAREFREE: These British lads have no qualms about mixing balloons and booze

But the good-natured fun spiralled into aggressive stand-offs and violence bubbled up on the snowy streets as the revellers spilled out of the club.

Nearly 400,000 Brit skiers and snowboarders plan on getting boozy on the slopes this year.

Over a week’s holiday, Brit winter sports fans who “drink ski” will consume 105 units of alcohol, the equivalent of 53 pints of beer or medium glasses of wine.
