Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Arsenal: Dortmund star prefers three teams over the Gunners

BORUSSIA DORTMUND star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would prefer to join Real Madrid, AC Milan or PSG instead of Arsenal, according to reports.

Arsenal want Borussia Dortmund hitman Aubameyang as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who looks destined to end up at Manchester United.

The Gabon international appears to have burned his bridges over in the Bundesliga having been suspended three times by Dortmund this season alone.

Yet the Daily Mail say that, despite Arsenal appearing to be frontrunners for the player, Aubameyang would prefer to join three other teams.

It is said he has regularly told fans and journalists about where he wants to play in the future.

And Real Madrid, AC Milan and PSG are named as the teams he dreams of playing for the most.

Aubameyang once revealed he had promised his grandfather he would play for Madrid if given the chance.

"Yes. It's a promise I made to my grandfather," he said in 2016 when asked if he would ever join Real.

"Right now I feel very good at Dortmund but in the future we'll see."

But the Daily Mail say PSG and Milan are also liked by the 28-year-old.

Milan were tipped to sign him over the summer when a Dortmund exit appeared on the cards.

But the fallen Serie A giants ended up swooping for Andre Silva instead.

PSG, meanwhile, are unlikely to make a move given their current frontline.

Edinson Cavani, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe’s goals have helped Unai Emery’s side establish themselves as one of the most formidable teams in Europe.

And that means Arsenal now appear to have a clear shot at landing the forward.
