To the Editor:

If it turns out that President Donald J. Trump really is extremely screwed up, who is responsible to do what? Who has to think about "what if" happens?

Who are some of the key players?

Paul Ryan may have to read and discussed Amendment 25, Section 4 of the U S Constitution. This is a monumental responsibility and would take a very strong, competeant and aggressive congressional House leader. If he couldn't handle it, Paul Ryan would have to be replaced with a very srong and capable leader (not a rubber stamper) in determining the fact that our incumbent U.S. president is extremely unfit to serve as president. Proof is everywhere. Thank God we have generals taking charge to run our Country.

The U.S. has had many close calls because our president was ignorant about U.S. policies, the Constitution and what he has power to do or not to do. He has demonstrated that he acts impulsively on his own and which could get us in a war, threaten to attack or counter attack without Congressional approval as required by the U S Constitution. His major weakness is to leak information (some classified) via his perpetual outflow of tweets to the world. The phrase "no collusion " has it as his favorite topic, not because he is worried or guilty, but because he knows the special prosecutor is right around the corner with his factual data collected.

The third person, who has a lot to contemplate, may be our next president according our U. .S Constitution upon his return from the Olympics. I would be terrified if I were VP Mike Pence.
