(MENAFN) Sources reported Dubai-based Abraaj Group to have appointed Citigroup and EFG-Hermes with a duty to administer an initial public offering or sale of its North African hospitals business.

It was also reported that throughout 2018 first half, the firm is to list the business of seek a buyer, even though a final decision is yet to be made.

The business consists of around twelve hospitals and clinics that are opened in Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt, and is valued at $500 million.
