Earlier, Tharoor's office in a Twitter reply to the 'Eenadu India' story on an ongoing strike by Sreejith, the deceased's brother in front of Kerala secretariat for the past 760+ days, that the former union minister would meet Rajnath Singh for a CBI enquiry into the murder.
The former UN diplomat asked Sreejith to end the strike as the demand for CBI probe has got the approval of the Centre.
