PEORIA — A manager at Jeffrey Alans reported Saturday night she witnessed a man exposing himself outside the business, Peoria police said.

She told police at around 5 p.m. the man was looking through the window of the business at 4601 N. Sheridan Road and masturbating, according to the police report. The man then left, heading north toward Joan Court.

According to the police report, the woman said she contacted police on a previous occasion concerning the same man masturbating outside the business.

Responding officers checked the area with negative results.
