Arsenal News: Sanchez latest, Malcom and Aubameyang moves, Man Utd swap 'acceptance'

STARSPORT brings you Arsenal transfer news and gossip, with all the latest on Alexis Sanchez, Malcom and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Alexis Sanchez is closing in on a move to Manchester United.

Arsenal’s star forward has agreed personal terms with Jose Mourinho’s side, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

And Arsene Wenger has revealed he expects Sanchez to leave within the next 48 hours.

Manchester City have long been frontrunners but have refused to be held to ransom over the Chilean’s cost.

United could ultimately pay Arsenal £35m and hand 29-year-old Sanchez a contract worth £400,000 a week.

Further talks with his representatives are planned for tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is also being targeted, according to Spanish football expert Guile Balague.

Wenger would accept a swap deal with United for Sanchez as he eyes further reinforcements.

Starsport understands Mourinho is willing to let Chris Smalling go, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also been linked.

Arsenal asked about Anthony Martial too, and Goal say Wenger is open to the idea of an exchange.

It remains to be seen which United player could head to the Emirates, if any at all.

The Red Devils may secure a straight-cash deal, but it appears both clubs are exploring a swap.

The issue with Mkhitaryan is currently his wage demands.
