MID-MICHIGAN (WJRT) (1/15/2018) - Dash cam video released by the Shepherd Police Department shows a 35-mile high-speed police chase and arrest that occurred in August.
Shepherd police say two women ran from them in Isabella County after stealing from a business on Aug. 30. Officers chased the car through Isabella County, west on M-20 into Mount Pleasant and north on U.S. 127.
They finally forced the car off the road in Clare County.
Mackenzie Loughin was taken to the ground as she got out of the car. Her passenger, Danica Seney had to be pulled out by an officer.
Both have been charged with retail fraud. Loughin has also been charged with running from police.
