"I think a lot of other girls get it but don't get questioned as much as us."

The beauty has lost more than two stone in the last six months through a healthy eating plan.

Sophie said: "It's happened gradually. My diet was so bad before so when I changed it I lost 10 pounds in 10 days at the beginning.

"My body was just in shock as it was used to me eating so bad. I'm not starving myself, just healthy meals and feeling better for it."

Sophie said she thinks overhauling diet and exercise regime is the best way to lose weight rather than get surgery as a quick fix.

She added: "I'm not saying surgery is a bad thing, but weight loss wise I think people should always go down the route of trying to do it the hard way first.

"However, if surgery makes people feel better about themselves then fine."
