WELL now it's pretty clear what Lydia Bright has been doing since leaving The Only Way Is Essex in 2017 – hitting the gym hard.

The 27-year-old showcased her sensational gym-carved frame on the beach and shared the results on Lydia Bright's Instagram.

Lydia rocked a skimpy black two-piece which she teamed with aviator sunglasses and a loose ponytail.

The bikini offered up plenty of cleavage, while her chiselled abs took centre stage in the mind-boggling photo.

An accompanying video saw Lydia emerge from the sea Bond girl style and shake her jaw-dropping peach.
