My first time hearing Dolores O’Riordan’s voice was unforgettable. It threw into question what a voice could sound like in that context of Rock. I’d never heard somebody use their instrument in that way. Shocked and saddened to hear of her passing, thoughts are with her family.

I once met Delores O’Riordan when I was 15. She was kind and lovely, I got her autograph on my train ticket and it made my day. She had the most amazing voice and presence. So sorry to hear that she’s passed away today x

Can’t be just me that feels like they’re disproportionately upset about Dolores O’Riordan’s death.

I remember driving with friends in high school, The Cranberries blasting, ‘Dreams’ filling the air, the spaces between us, our minds & our hearts. And Dolores O’Riordan’s voice casting its spell, making us believe. Making us dream. RIP, you gorgeous woman.

“Linger” was one of my favorite songs.
“If you, if you could return, Don’t let it burn, Don’t let it fade. But I’m in so deep, You know I’m such a fool for you”
R.I.P Dolores O’Riordan
