Learn a new language

Rainy days and snow days are the best days to study, including a new language. Rosetta Stone is one of the best software programs out there with which to get started. Go for a romance language like French or Spanish then branch out to Russian, Hindi, Japanese -- even Irish. 

Play your guitar, loudly
