The Accord, among three finalists that included the latest Toyota Camry and all-new Kia Stinger, was selected by a jury of 60 American and Canadian automotive journalists -- including Automotive News Reporter Richard Truett and Senior Editor Sharon Silke Carty. The selection of the Accord marks the third consecutive year that a Honda nameplate has received top honors from the North American jury of journalists, with the Honda Civic selected in 2016 and the Honda Ridgeline picked in 2017.
