Eleven people, including five women and four children died after a truck collided with an auto rickshaw on National Highway 23 in Jharkhand's Gumla district.
Apart from this five others were left critically injured.
Low visibility due to dense fog is suspected to be the reason behind the accident.
The injured have been admitted to the Ranchi's Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).
