and northwest Arkansas this morning. Total accumulations around an inch
or less is expected. Temperatures remaining below freezing and any snow
will likely stick to roads creating slick conditions.
* WHERE...In Arkansas, Benton, Washington AR and Madison County.
In Oklahoma, Ottawa and Delaware County.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for possible slick spots
on roads.

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas.
