Why does it happen? Cellphones emit harmful radiations which can damage your brain and you can experience headache, muscle pain and other health-related issues. Why should I believe it? The WHO warned that keeping cellphones near you, while you are sleeping may be possibly carcinogenic, especially in children. So how to deal with it? There is no specific distance but keep your phones at least three feet away from your bed. Avoid this addiction.
