(MENAFN) Qatari company Baladna announced its design for an initial public offering of its stakes in the following months, as well as its objective to move into further farming sectors.

Baladna declared Sunday "in partnership with a group of businessmen and local citizens, Baladna plans to launch its IPO in the first half of 2018."

The company is generating a dairy industry within the desert, aiming to aide Qatar in surviving other Arab states' boycott.
