Purplebricks continues its US expansion in California

Purplebricks is continuing its American expansion by dipping into more Californian cities.

The UK-based property portal, Purplebricks recently announced it luanched in San Diego County, Fresno and Sacramento, USA.

Last September, Purplebricks expanded into the US in Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Purplebricks charges sellers a flat fee of $3,200, says the San Diego Union Tribune. They also commented that Purplebricks is one of a growing number of companies lowering their fees  to compete in the Southern California housing market.

Also recently, the property portal announced a new UK CEO. Lee Wainwright is joining the company in the new year.

This hiring means that the UK, Australia, and America each have their own CEO. The group CEO remains to be Michael Bruce.
