James Harrison not looking for revenge and won't watch the Steelers play

FOXBORO – James Harrison isn’t looking for revenge. Honestly, he says, he won’t even watch his former Pittsburgh Steelers teammates play during Sunday’s AFC divisional game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Patriots edge rusher could potentially be matched up against his former team, if they prevail, in next weekend’s AFC Championship game. Harrison, however, says he isn’t looking for payback.

“No more, no less than I would to play anybody else,” said Harrison, who was then reminded that his former teammates talked disparagingly about him on his way out. “They can say what they want to. That’s their thing, you know?”

In fact, Harrison said he doesn’t even know what time the Steelers play on Sunday. Asked when he’ll find out about the Patriots next opponent, he responded, "Coming to work on Monday.”

"I don't pay attention to sports. I'm not a sports person,” Harrison added. “If my kid's not playing, I won't watch it. If it's not film study, I don't watch it. I'm not really into it.”
