Man found dead in tent

Officers are investigating after finding a man dead inside a tent in Louisville.

Officials said officers were called to 16th Street and Northwestern Parkway around 11:30 a.m. Saturday after a report of a man down.

Once officers arrived, they found a man in his 40's or 50's dead inside the tent.

Officials said there was no sign of foul play, and the investigation is ongoing.

Authorities are awaiting an official cause of death from the coroner's office.
