   i have at least two parts from a bike of yours from years ago

   One of those you like doing it so its your choice

   I average a new bike about every 3-5 years and its usually worn out/obsolete when i get rid

   I'm at 43 since 16 going from my photobucket but there were a number of bikes on there I'd forgotten I even had til I saw them so who knows how many I've forgotten lol and I'm way younger than you so I've time yet

    What was your favourite and which was the worst?

    favourite was the ventana el capitan. possibly the only one to truly fit me. awesome bike.

    worst was a gary fisher fat possum. made from recycled rubber bands. rear end flexed so much the tyre rubbed on the stays even when seated.

    most expensive mistake was the jones plus.

    Including a BSO and 3road bikes I'm had 10 bikes in total from the age of 16-39 and still manage to ride at least once a week.
