Imphal, January 13 2018: Following the State Government's order on January 5, Pawan Yadav takes charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Bishnupur after its former DC, Bobby Waikhom, at DC office today.

Meanwhile, Bobby Waikhom has been appointed as MAHUD and YAS Secretary, reports our correspondent.

A farewell programme was also held at the conference hall by the staff.
