Police yesterday recovered the body of a sexagenarian woman, who had been missing since January 9, from the Chittagong University (CU) campus.
Senoara Begum, 60, wife of Bedarul Islam, of Raozan upazila's Gohira area, was mentally unbalance, said Hathazari police, quoting her family.
Locals first spotted the body near the Forestry and Environmental Science Institute of CU.
Police sent the body, which did not bear any injury mark, to Chittagong Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. An unnatural death case was lodged.
