The pregnant star has caused chaos in the wardrobe department as all of her alter ego’s clothes are too tight or small.
Sexy Helen plays former glamour model Rosie Webster, who is famous for her revealing dresses on the hit ITV soap.
Producers have now had to fork out for a whole new wardrobe so she can continue to play her part.
An insider revealed: “Helen’s bump is growing by the day.

Meanwhile Helen, 27, has revealed she cannot wait to ditch her trademark skimpy outfits and start wearing baggy maternity clothes.
The actress wrote on Instagram: “Bring on the maternity leggings and baggy tops.”
But one fan said in response: “Don’t hide it! You looked beautiful pregnant last time!!”
Helen has been with her footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair, 28, since 2009 and they are already parents to daughter Matilda, two.

Scott revealed he was surprised when the couple found out Helen was expecting again.
He said: “It was a little bit of a surprise! I was away in Dubai with my family.
“Helen couldn’t come as she was filming.
“She found out on a Thursday but had to wait until I got home five days later to tell me.”
