Kareena Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’ postponed, to now release on June 1

Mumbai: The most anticipated film of 2018, ‘Veere Di Wedding’ has got a new mahurat as it release date has been pushed to June 1. The film stars Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. The girl gang entertainer directed by Shashanka Ghosh, has got us all excited by giving us a peek into their fascinating universe.

Ekta Kapoor shared a postponed date on social media along with the caption, “1 June is one big day!!!! Veere di wedding arrives on my lakkshya’s bday!!!! Ab shaadi aur bday pe aap sab ko nimantran hai”

In November, two schedules were wrapped in Delhi and Phuket. The Phuket schedule was all about a dance number.

Veere Di Wedding is produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor and directed by Shashanka Ghosh, who directed Sonam earlier in the 2014 romcom Khoobsurat.
