An industrial park fire destroyed a Huntertown boat restoration business early today, but no one was injured.
Robert Boren, operations chief for the Huntertown Fire Department, said the blaze started sometime before 3:07 a.m. at 16335 Lima Road near West Cedar Canyons Road.
He said firefighters found flames coming from the pole barn-like structure and half of its roof collapsed. A tractor restoration operation also was inside the building, but was saved.
Four other fire departments responded to the blaze that was under control in about an hour, Boren said.
A passing motorist contacted authorities about the fire. It remains under investigation.
