HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) --
Expect a light freeze the next two mornings. Sunday morning should be a little colder than Friday morning after a weak cold front goes through. The afternoons will not be all that bad, with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s and sunny skies.Temperatures are expected to be near freezing about the time the marathon starts Sunday morning so plan accordingly.
Temperatures will briefly moderate Monday as moisture blows back in from the Gulf, but another arctic front will arrive Tuesday. We will be monitoring this front closely for the possibility of wintry precipitation Tuesday, especially in our northern counties. Stay tuned!
