Ray H. Jackson, 90, of Mulberry died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, in Alma. He was born Aug. 13, 1927, in Mulberry, Army veteran of World War II and retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; four daughters, Vicki Jackson of Little Rock, Chris Fendley of Lawrenceville, Ga., Doris Riddle of Van Buren and Tracy Suter of Fort Smith; a sister, Saundra Moon of Mulberry; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Jan. 11 at the First Baptist Church of Mulberry with burial at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Colby Roe, Josh and Ryan Fendley, Jason and Wesley Roe and Kale Sheets.
