Namibia condemns president  Trump's 'sh*t hole remarks

The Namibian Government on Saturday condemned alleged derogatory remarks on African countries and immigrants by US President Donald Trump on 11 January 2018.
"Such language has no place in diplomatic discourse and is contrary to the norms of civility and human progress.
"Namibia commend those American people who have disassociated themselves with this derogatory remarks," read the statement from the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation.
"The Africa we know and live in is one that is recovering economically and rising.
"The USA we know is one that was built with blood and sweat of African slaves and immigrants from all over.
Namibia also calls on the international community to reject racism in all forms.
"Why do we want all these people from 'sh*thole countries' coming here?" Trump said, according to a source quoted by The Washington Post.
Trump on Friday denied describing certain nations as "sh*thole countries".
