Man Utd will sign Tottenham star Danny Rose but only if they offer this much - Steve Nicol
MANCHESTER UNITED will sign Tottenham left-back Danny Rose but not until the summer transfer window.
That is the opinion of ESPN FC pundit and former Liverpool defender Steve Nicol.
Rose has been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent months.
Jose Mourinho has been using midfielder Ashley Young on the left-side of defence, with Luke Shaw out of favour at Old Trafford.
England star Rose hit the headlines at the beginning of this season, taking part in a candid interview where he criticised Tottenham’s wage structure and transfer business.

It will take Kyle Walker-type money, £50million, to get him
That was after he saw team-mate Kyle Walker almost double his wages in a move to Manchester City.
Nicol believes Rose will become a United player come the summer but only if the Red Devils stump up over £50million for him.
“This is one that I can see happening,” Nicol said.
“Tottenham have got enough cover, the likes of (Serge) Aurier, (Kieran) Trippier, (Ben) Davies.

“Again it will take Kyle Walker-type money, £50million, to get him.
“But I think Manchester United will pay that amount of money and I think this will happen.
“Again, I don’t see it happening now but I think in the summer, I think this is a hit.”
