I forgot how good it was!
I reckon this may only be the second time I've watched it start to finish.
And yes I'm sure it will have huge haters on here but I've sat and watched and it's brought back so many memories of uni days.

One of the best films I've ever seen.
It was so different at the time..
Reservoir dogs is also a cinematic master piece.
But my favourite film of all time will always be true romance. It's just beautiful.

A truly great film.
From back when Tarantino was being properly brave as a film maker...

Used to think it was awesome, and saw it loads before even it got so popular.
Then it's just been over hyped and I've watched it way too much. Not seen it in 10 years maybe. I probably need another 10 before I'm ready to watch it again having erased all the quotes from my mind (assuming dementia has set it).
It's still a great film, but I've OD'd on it. Got the same way with Star Wars.

I don't ever remember Bruce looking so young. We went in looking for die hard and came up witg this!
I'm no film buff but some of the cinematography and direction even to my ludite mind is just sublime.Posted 3 hours ago # -
Tarrtanino has lost his form of late, but that's not a criticism.
How the hell to you get better that the best?
Also desperado, what a film.

I never rated Jackie brown, I found it a bit boring.

Hipster!!! It was popular as soon as it came out - one of those films EVERYONE was talking about.
OP: How have you *only* seen it twice?? Maybe I'm a bit Rainman, but the films I like get played to death. I've easily seen PF 40 times.
Jackie Brown OTOH I've seen all of once

Pulp Fiction is utter genius, and a film Tarantino hasn't got close to since. Nor have many others, for that matter.

Actually think Jackie Brown IS a better piece of film making, and possibly Tarantino's best work (heresy!). More considered and restrained, just not as 'Tarantino' as some of his other stuff, so often gets overlooked.
Don't think he's ever made a duff film (although admittedly I haven't seen Deathproof yet), and thought The Hateful Eight was a proper return to form.

If your gonna watch Deathproof you really should watch Planet Terror the same night as well.

Excellent film.
Did you know he's called Brett, and not Brad?

Awesome movie.
Two polar apart characters drawn together for one cause who have nothing in common. Compelling story telling and fantastic directorshipPosted 1 hour ago #
