MMA star Tenshin Nasukawa earned himself a legion of new fans after producing a jaw-dropping knockout at Rizin FF 9.

The Japanese fighter took part in the World Grand Prix kickboxing tournament over New Year, coming up against Yuta Hamamoto.

Still only 19 years old, Nasukawa has established a reputation as one of the most talented and exciting youngsters coming up in the world of combat sports.

And he proved there is certainly truth to the hype, dominating 27-year-old Hamamoto with ease during their contest on New Year's Eve.

After picking up an early knockdown, the athletic brawler emphatically finished the fight not long after, blasting Hamamoto out cold with a jaw-dropping double knee.

Having been split up by the referee, Nasukawa suddenly charged at his opponent, launching himself through the air to catch Hamamoto perfectly on the chin.

Thousands have seen the clip after it was posted on social media site Reddit earlier this month.

“He’s a human highlight reel literally 100% of the time he fights,” said one viewer.
