Azerbaijan state-owned ISP Bakinternet has introduced its new fixed internet tariff, reports Trend. Up to 2 Mbps over ADSL available under the tariff, for a monthly subscription of AZN 2.
The ISP already offers six ADSL-based tariffs with 1 Mbps, 3 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 6 Mbps, 8 Mbps and 10 Mbps, for AZN 10, AZN 15, AZN 20, AZN 30, AZN 40 and AZN 50 per month, respectively.
According to a study from Delta Telecom, Bakinternet accounts for 28.43 percent of the internet traffic delivered to end-users in Azerbaijan. Aztelecom follows with 15.23 percent, and the share of Castel is 10.76 percent.
