Deadpool 2: Ryan Reynolds shares NEW cryptic image – Here’s what it means
DEADPOOL 2 star Ryan Reynolds has shared a news image of the X-Men sequel after the release date is pushed forward.
Originally set for release on June 1, Fox have now brought Deadpool 2 forward two weeks to May 18.
Reynolds, who stars, made the announcement with a new image of his hand in Deadpool gear holding his two swords.
The tweet reads: “May 18. #MaximumEffort.”
Written on the handles are the name of American actress Bea Arthur, best known for 1970s and 1980s sitcoms like All in the Family, Maude and The Golden Girls.

Her name is a reference to Deadpool’s fondness for Bea in the comics.
In fact in the first movie there’s a scene where Reynolds’ Wade Wilson wears a shirt with her image on.
Deadpool 2 also includes Weasel star TJ Miller who was accused of sexual assault, leading to rumours he would be recast.
However producers have confirmed the film is in final editing and so they won’t.
A similar situation occurred with All The Money In The World, when Kevin Spacey – who also faces allegations – was recast by Ridley Scott with Christopher Plummer.
