You may remember back in 2002 when almost 500 people lost their jobs in North Sioux City.
Now the former Gateway Computer building will have new life.
The man behind Keating Resources has purchased the largest building in South Dakota.
The Nebraska-based company invests in industrial buildings and has already sold and leased part of the campus.
They plan to repaint it with the original spots and call it the Gateway Business Center.
