FLINT (WJRT) (01/11/18)--Marc Jacobson is live on ABC12 News This Morning at the Dort Federal Event Center in Flint, where it's opening day for the 75th annual Shrine Circus! Performances begin tonight and run through Monday, with the circus moving over to Saginaw's Dow Event Center next week.
