Tesco has slashed prices on the chocolate filled tins to get rid of its post-Christmas surplus.
And shoppers who have spotted the deal are spreading the word on social media – sparking a massive frenzy.
People are now rushing to their local Tesco stores to buy an entire trolley-full of the 900g tins which usually cost around £6.
The panic buying is now forcing some stores to put a four-tin limit on the chocolates, but others are allowing customers to buy as many as they like.

User Kasia29, however, warned people will have to be quick if they want a cut-price tin, saying: “They are going FAST.”
The tins are discounted only in stores and not online, and are being marked up as “reduced to clear”.
