OXFORD United have been handed a trip to Stamford Bridge in the Checkatrade Trophy quarter-finals.

It is a journey the U's made last season in the group stage, when a 1-1 draw was followed by a shoot-out which involved 34 penalties, with the Londoners winning 13-12.

The U’s are looking to become the first to reach three finals in a row and stayed on course with a penalty shoot-out win at Charlton Athletic in the third round on Tuesday night.

The tie is due to be played in the week commencing January 22.
