SC to hear plea for probe into judge B H Loya's death

The Supreme will tomorrow hear a plea seeking an independent probe into the death of special B H Loya, who was hearing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case. A bench comprising and Justices A M Khanwilkar and today took note of the submission seeking urgent hearing on the plea for a probe into Loya's death on December 1, 2014. The plea was filed by Maharashtra-based B R Lone.
