Either the Iowa Hawkeyes (9-9, 0-5) or the Illinois Fighting Illini (10-7, 0-4) will get their first Big Ten men’s basketball win Thursday when they meet at State Farm Center in Champaign, Ill. Check this page throughout the game for updates and highlights.
How they’re trending
The Hawkeyes played three games in six days last week and lost them all, to Michigan and Ohio State at home and Maryland on the road. This is the second of three straight road games for Iowa (Rutgers is next). Illinois ended non-conference play with nice wins over Missouri and Grand Canyon, but fell to Minnesota and Michigan on the road last week by 10 points apiece.
