The 28-year-old actress has reportedly become the fifth person to die after the horrific smash in New South Wales, Australia, which killed her parents and sister on December 26.
Jessica had been in a medically induced coma in intensive care in George Hospital and died surrounded by her family, the Daily Mail Australia reports.
Her parents, Lars and Vivian Falkholt, both 60, died at the scene of the crash on Boxing Day, along with the driver of the other car, Craig Anthony Whitehall, 50.
Jessica and her sister Annabell, 21, were pulled from the wreckage after the collision and Annabelle later succumbed to her injuries, passing away in hospital just three days later.

The lives of Annabelle and her parents were remembered at a funeral ceremony yesterday, with her bereaved boyfriend Jordan Brohier leading pall bearers.
Jessica’s loved ones are said to have remained at her bedside during the funeral, saying that it was important that she had support.
“We made sure Jess wasn’t alone and her friends were able to be there with her,” a relative told the publication.

“No decision is made without Jessica’s wants in mind,” they continued. “Jess was a very private girl and while we’re thankful for the public thoughts and interest, we are just trying to honour what she’d want.”
Jessica played Hope Morrison in 16 episodes of the popular soap Home and Away in 2016.
