Accident on M3 causes 45 minute delays for motorists

AN ACCIDENT on the M3 is causing major delays for motorists this morning.

It's being reported that one lane on the M3 Northbound was closed between junction 12 A335 (Eastleigh) and junction 11 A3090/B3335 (Winchester South).

However, it appears the road traffic collision has now been cleared and all lanes are now open.

The accident is causing congestion back towards junction 14 of the M27.

ROMANSE said motorists are facing 45 minute delays.
