BRIMFIELD — Elmwood used a balanced effort to beat North Fulton 54-37 as play continued Wednesday at the Inter-County Athletic Conference boys basketball tournament.
Vince Lenzi had 13 points and seven rebounds for the Trojans. Ethan Jehle added 12 points and four rebounds; Charlie McKinty had 11 and four.
In the second game, captain Brock Bower-Preece scored a game-high 27 and Cam Scott added 20 as Illini Bluffs went to 2-0 in the tournament with a 92-70 win over ROWVA./Williamsfield
Calvin Peterson and Isaac Cordle scored 14 each to lead R/W.
In the nightcap, host Brimfield rallied from a deep first-half deficit for a 43-29 victory over Delavan.
Tyler Baysingar scored a game-high 15 for the Indians, who trailed 25-12 at the half and 31-29 at the end of the third quarter.
Charlie Hodges scored a team-high 11 for Delavan.
The tournament began Monday. Brimfield and Elmwood joined Illini Bluffs with 2-0 records in the six-team round-robin event.
