Namibia has lifted a ban on all imports of live poultry and birds, as well as poultry products, from Belgium which was put in place in June 2017.
Namibia, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry's Directorate of Veterinary Services (DVS), last year suspended all imports of live poultry and birds, as well as poultry products from Belgium following an outbreak of the highly pathogenic avian influenza there.
