Rostelecom develops 112 emergency system in Voronezh

Russian national operator Rostelecom has upgraded the 112 telephony emergency system in the Voronezh region. The system can now locate a caller, with location data becoming available from the beginning of the call and for 24 hours after the call. Text message senders can now be located by default, with the location data being transferred to emergency services.
