JACKSON 56, LAKE 45 Visiting Jackson sank 10 3-pointers and used a 21-point first quarter to keep the Blue Streaks at bay in grabbing the Federal League triumph. Taylor Mikesell poured in six 3s and scored 28 points and Lauren Scheetz added a trio of 3-pointers and 9 points for the Polar Bears. Sarah Miller and Natalie November each scored a dozen points for Lake, with November notching three 3s.

HOOVER 42, GREEN 38 A strong middle of the game in which the Vikings outscored the Bulldogs 26-11 was enough to hold off the hosts. Annie Roshak tallied a team-high 19 points to power Hoover to the victory. Peyton Davis added 11 points for the Vikings. Jenna Trainer shared game scoring honors with 19 points for Green, which outscored the visitors 16-9 in the final quarter.

WEST BRANCH 63, CANTON SOUTH 40 Division II’s top-ranked team stayed undefeated as Natalie Zuchowski and Hannah Ridgway combined for 28 points and the Warriors limited the Wildcarts to 3 points in the third quarter. Zuchowski led West Branch with 16 points, while Ridgway added a dozen points and eight rebounds. Canton South’s Megan Mitchell led all scorers with 17 points and added six boards.

LAKE RIDGE ACADEMY 58, CENTRAL CATHOLIC 53 Tied going into the fourth quarter, visiting Lake Ridge Academy put 19 on the scoreboard to down the Crusaders. Michaela Harrison put in 10 baskets, including three 3s, and went 7 for 7 at the foul line for a game-high 30 points to pace the Lions. Sydney Mayberry also put up big numbers for Lake Ridge with 19 points and seven rebounds. Ashley Schott poured in four 3-pointers and scored 26 points and Erin Krupar added a dozen points and grabbed nine rebounds for Central Catholic.

SANDY VALLEY 52, ALLIANCE 22 The Cardinals held the Aviators to single digits in every quarter on their to the road victory. Karlee Altimore scored a game-high 18 points and Baylee Offenberger added 13 points for Sandy Valley, now 8-5.

TUSLAW 61, EAST CANTON 34 Majestic Sales had 17 points, 13 rebounds, three blocked shots and three assists to lead Tuslaw past East Canton at home. Taylor Leedy and Katie McMerrell added 11 points each for the Mustangs.

TUSKY VALLEY 56, INDIAN VALLEY 25 The Trojans limited the Braves to five points in three separate quarters en route to improving to 11-1 and 6-0 in IVC play. Kierrah Stewart had team highs of 13 points and six rebounds for Tusky Valley.

TRIWAY 56, NORTHWEST 45 Carrie Wyman scored 13 points and grabbed five rebounds for Northwest but the Indians fell on the road. Zoe Carmichael led Triway with 24 points.

LAKE CENTER 51, CRESTWOOD 34 Hannah Mang and Kennedy Haubert combined for 10 3-pointers as the Tigers rolled on the road. Mang had six 3s in a game-high 20-point effort, while Haubert added 16 points.
