Ingredients:
Millet flour – 2 cups
Wheat flour – one and a half cup
Semolina – 100 gms
Corn flour – 50 grams
Green fenugreek leaves – 2 cups
sesame seeds
Cumin seeds
Curd
Green chili
Ginger
Red Chilli
Turmeric powder
oil
Salt
Method :-
First of all, filter the wheat flour, semolina and corn flour. Now add jaggery in the curd and put this mixture in the dough. Now, add oil and all the spices in the flour.
Add water in the mixture and make it into a dough. Cut green chili, Methi leaves and ginger properly. Cover the dough for half an hour.
When the dough gets set, then make small loops of it. Keep the oil in the frying pan on stove.
When the oil gets hot, make Puri of it and fry it until it turns brown from both sides.
Dhebra is ready, serve it.
